Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Journal of Current Research and Studies publishes peer-reviewed, open access journals covering a wide range of academic disciplines. Before manuscript submission, please read author guidelines carefully; doing so will ensure that the publication of your manuscript is as rapid and efficient as possible. Manuscript submission All manuscripts should be submitted by Online Manuscript Submission System. Prepare a manuscript in MS Word file. Manuscripts submitted to our journals must be written in English. The main text usually can be divided into separated sections, organized by Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.

Paper Title: A title of no more than 20 words should be brief, specific, and informative.

Author Details: Full names for all authors should be given; The names of multiple authors are separated by a comma; Provide the full affiliation for each author including academic affiliation (or postal address), city, postcode, country, Email (optional); If multiple authors have contributed to the article, details of the corresponding author should be clear. Email address is compulsory for the corresponding author.

Abstract: The abstract should concisely state the purpose of the investigation and summarize the important conclusions. It should be a single paragraph of generally no more than 200 words.

Keywords: Include 5 to 8 keywords or short phrases for indexing.

Introduction: Provide a brief overview of the scope and relevance of the research, especially with regard to previous advancements in related fields.

Materials and Methods: Present the research design, research type, research duration, inclusion/exclusion criteria, choice of subjects, etc. Describe the methodology completely, including sample collection, processing, lab analysis, statistical tests used for data analysis, etc. Use section headings/subheadings in a logical order to entitle each category or method. (e.g. 1, 2; 1.1, 2.1; 1.1.1, 2.1.1…etc).

Results: Present and illustrate your findings objectively and concisely, if appropriate, with figures/ tables. In the main text, describe each of your results by a particular observation.

Discussion: Provide an interpretation of your results and make comparisons with other studies. The significance of the findings should be clearly described. If your results differ from your expectations, explain why that may have happened.

Process of Publication:

a) After receiving the manuscript/paper/articles, the author will get a confirmation email of receiving that paper with id.
b) Manuscript/paper/articles will be checked through a plagiarism checker.
c) After that Manuscript/ Paper will be sent for double-blinded peer review.
d) Based on a double-blinded peer-review report, the editor will take the decision to accept or reject the paper or the editor can take the decision of re-submission of the manuscript/ Paper after suggested changes.
e) After this step if the Manuscript will be accepted then the author will receive an acceptance of the paper within 5 to 8 days.

The author signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing this material on behalf of any and all co-authors. In return for these rights:

  1. All proprietary rights other than copyrights, such as patent rights.
  2. The right to use all or part of this article, including tables and figures in future works of their own, provided that the proper acknowledgment is made to the Publisher as the copyright holder.
  3. The right to make copies of this article for his/her own use, but not for sale.
  4. It is the responsibility of each author to ensure that paper (s) submitted to the journal are written with ethical standards in mind, concerning plagiarism. Please note that all submissions are thoroughly checked for plagiarism. If an attempt at plagiarism is found in a published paper, the authors will be asked to issue a written apology to the authors of the original material. Any paper which shows obvious signs of plagiarism will be automatically rejected and its authors may be banned for a duration of 01 year from publishing in the journal. The authors will receive proper notification if such a situation arises.
  5. This paper has not been published in the same form elsewhere.
  6. It will not be submitted anywhere else for publication prior to acceptance/rejection by this Journal.
  7. Paper cannot withdraw under any condition once it is published.
  8. Article Processing charge is not a refundable amount. In the case of withdrawing a paper, neither APC will refund nor adjust in the future. APC is not a refundable amount.
